Lucia has over ten years of non – profit financial experience and she is the lead in our Financial group. Experience with the University of Southern California, The City of Los Angeles, Community Centers Inc., TRPI, The Institute for Leadership and Development and more from basic bookkeeping to setting down with the CPA’s during Single Audits, and Funding sources for program audits, Lucia has the experience to finalize and close audits and reports without errors. Jorge is our training professional. Years of program experience and a trained public speaker Jorge can prepare your staff to be efficient and knowledgeable regarding your programs and provide consulting for Human Resources and Child care along with Licensing processes. Mark Dunham – Grant Writing & Marketing

Mark is a certified grant writer receiving his training at Cal State Dominquez and keeps current on grant writing through KI Foundation . Mark also has over twenty years experience in business, advertising, and marketing.
